MSN Program

Clinical Nurse Leader Concentration

This online program prepares graduates to improve patient care outcomes through effective leadership strategies and to influence health care design by using evidence based strategies to effectively meet patient health needs. Students complete a total of 400 clinical practicum hours, with an emphasis on delivery systems and functions that impact patient safety and quality of care. Graduates of the Clinical Nurse Leader program are qualified to take the certification exam through the Commission on Nurse Certification (CNC) http://www.aacnnursing.org/CNL-Certification
